Hey there I’m Dr. B  —

chiropractor, yarn-hoarder,
and very mediocre gardener.

I drink my coffee iced and think a good laugh can fix anything (well, almost). I spend my days helping people feel like themselves again — I notice the little wins and love to celebrate them loudly. I take my work seriously, but I don’t take myself too seriously.

Some Details About Me:

I grew up right here in Rhode Island with my family, and I’ve pretty much always been on the move. Between years of dance and playing soccer; movement was where I found my confidence, creativity, and love for leading others. Honestly, it makes total sense that I ended up in a career built around helping people move and feel better. It’s been part of my story from the start.

I didn’t become a chiropractor because of one big aha moment — it was a lot of little ones. Here’s the quick version of how I got here:

  • B.S. in Health Fitness — East Carolina University, 2012

  • Doctor of Chiropractic — Sherman College, 2017

  • Patient Education Intern at Sherman (because explaining why is my jam)

  • In practice since 2017, and bringing all that experience to Evergreen

Now, I get to do what I love every single day: support families through every stage of life.

My adjusting techniques include: Webster (prenatal), Pediatric SOT®, Activator Methods®, Thompson Drop, Diversified, and Graston Technique® for soft tissues.

TL;DR — Local girl. Big toolbox, gentle hands, and experience to know what works.

Off the clock, I'm just like anyone else. Usually with my family, drinking way too much coffee, and cheering on RIFC. I’m also the proud owner of a garden that mostly survives on hope, and I love to knit and crochet to keep my hands—and my brain—busy. Life’s messy, loud, and a little chaotic, but I always show up and give it my all.

So no matter what brings you in, know this:

you deserve to feel good again — and I’d love to help you get there.

I can’t wait to welcome you into the Evergreen family!
